===CSMA===
The CSMA (Centre de Salut Mental d’Adults) is a public and free mental health service in Girona that provides specialized care for adults with psychiatric conditions and/or behavioral disorders. Normally, you need a referral from a doctor to access this service. Phone; 972 21 22 66

The CSMIJ (Centre de Salut Mental Infantil i Juvenil) offers mental health care for children and teenagers. Phone: 972 18 90 42

Both centers are located at Edifici Fòrum, Carrer de l'Albereda, 3, 5, 2nd Floor, 17004 Girona.

===Samaritans===

Samaritans in Spain: a helpline of volunteers who are trained to listen to people in times of crisis or in need of support. Their helpline is available from 10am to midnight every day, all support is offered in English.
