An outdoor boot camp every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. They meet behind Parc de la Devesa, at the small basketball court just outside the main basketball stadium. It costs €25/month for four sessions a week. On Thursdays, they sometimes add a run up to the cathedral steps. The sessions are led by Jordi Gonzales, who also organizes local trail runs. He brings resistance bands (like TRX) to the classes, and all you need to bring is a yoga mat and some water. Jordi is Catalan and so are most of the participants, so it's also a good way to practice Catalan. Instagram: @gironatraining<ref>Suus from Girona Buddies on 2025-04-27</ref> | |||
