Many categories (e.g. gyms, financial services) will naturally involve businesses. Is it acceptable for the guide to include mostly commercial entities?

What measures can we take to prevent commercial exploitation or other inappropriate uses of the site?

Static vs dynamic pages

Can some pages can remain fairly static, especially if they link to official or external sources for updates?

Other pages will require more frequent updates and careful monitoring due to the higher risk of outdated or incorrect info, or potential misuse?

Site building and monitoring

Monitoring and updating content could be a heavy workload for one person.

Could responsibility be shared among a group?

A group of volunteers could help fill in the initial content across pages.

Content standards and consistency

How can we maintain high-quality, accurate, and consistent information across all pages?
