Girona has several open jam sessions for musicians of all levels. Below is a guide to the main music jams happening regularly in Girona.

L'Ateneu Salvador

Ateneu Salvadora Catà (Plaça de Josep Pla i Casadevall, 2, 17001 Girona) has music jams every month on a Thursday, check their Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/salvadoracata/

Open to all levels and styles.

Food and drinks available at the bar (cash only).

McKiernans

McKiernans Irish pub has two music jams. Bring your own instruments and play together. Look on their Instagram for the next music jam.

Irish music jam

Every month on a Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. Usually towards the end of the month.

Rock/pop music jam

A music jam every two weeks on Fridays from 11 PM to 2 AM.

Open to everyone, flexible, with a welcoming atmosphere. They have a drum kit available.
