    • Camí de Ronda (coastal walk from S’Agaró * Sa Conca).

  • Knuckleheads Cycling Group – A Strava/WhatsApp group for road cycling in Girona. Road cycling and some gravel rides. Regular group rides: Wednesdays & Sundays from Correos at 9:30 AM. Longest route reaches Olot. There's a WhatsApp group but you need an admin to add you.

Girona FC matches are a big deal for locals.

Climbing

  • Cal Mico rocadrom (Carrer d'Alacant, 13). Entry: €12 (+ €2 for shoe rental). Bouldering and top rope (you don't need a partner). Also a small gym. They also have monthly membership option. No powder chalk allowed, only liquid chalk.

  • Via Ferrata Cala del Molí (Sant Feliu de Guíxols). First part open, full route opens May 31 (€40 for full, €30 for partial). You can go without a guide.

  • Baumes Corcades (K4 Difficulty) – challenging route.

Snorkelling and scuba diving

  • L'Escala & Cala Sa Cova have great snorkeling spots.
  • Scuba diving courses (PADI Open Water) are available in Tossa de Mar, and people organize group bookings to get discounts.
  • Boat rental options from Platja d’Aro for day trips (€50+ per person).

Skiing and snowboarding

  • La Molina (2 hour drive) No public transport from Girona, car is the only option. Accessible by bus from Barcelona. Has a ski school
  • Vallter (2 hour drive)
  • Masella. Has a ski school
  • Rasos de Peguera is an abandoned ski station where people go for free skiing & hiking (08612 Castellar del Riu, Barcelona)
  • when it rais in Girona, it means it's snowing in the ski resorts, so a good time to go

Golf
