Sometimes the gates at Consell Comarcal del Gironès are closed, like this:

When this happens, open the Som Mobilitat app, go to the booking, and tap on the button to open the gate. This will open the small gate so you can walk inside. If the gate doesn't open, then climb over the fence!

To open the big gate, press the red button on this device inside the car.

When you're finished with the car, you'll need to charge it. To charge the car, you need the Ingeteam card.

Put the Ingeteam card on the charging point and the car should (hopefully?) start charging.

Renault Zoes work with type 2 charging point (also known as Mennekes). When looking for a charging point on Electromaps, make sure the charging point has a Mennekes/Type 2 connector and that the icon appears green (red or gray means the charging point is not working).
