Girona doesn't have an Ikea, the nearest is in Barcelona. It does however have an "espai de planificació" (Carrer de Joan Maragall, 21). You can go there, make an order, and then pick it up a few days later from the "punto de recogida" (Carrer de Sant Joan Bta. la Salle, 38). The punto de recogida provides free trolleys to wheel your purchase to your apartment. Nothing is louder than wheeling a trolley through the streets of Girona. ===Bulk shops=== *A Granel Shop – A store for buying bulk goods. *Morera Agrocomerc – Another good option for bulk shopping. ===Book shops=== *Reread – A small used book shop in el Barri Vell.
